Chik Fried Rice

 

Ingredients:

 

1 carton (4 oz.) MORNINGSTAR FARMS® SCRAMBLERS®

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots

1/2 cup chopped green onions

4 cups cooked rice

1 can (13 oz.) WORTHINGTON® Diced Chik, drained

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Directions:

 

1. Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS in a non-stick

skillet according to package directions.

Chop cooked SCRAMBLERS and set aside.

 

2. Heat oil in non-stick skillet or wok on low to medium

heat and add vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add rice, Diced Chik, soy sauce, garlic powder

and cooked SCRAMBLERS.

 

3. Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes

or until rice begins to turn golden brown.
