Pat H: i sent you this one xmas ago (97) Brenda Adams * Exported from MasterCook * Crustless Spinach Quiche (Oregon) Recipe By : Tillamook Cheese Factory Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Restaurants Quiche Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 ounces spinach -- frozen, chopped -- (thawed and -- well-drained) 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt 1 cup cheddar cheese** -- grated 1 cup mushrooms -- chopped 1/4 teaspoon thyme 6 eggs beaten 1/4 cup parmesan cheese ** A medium cheddar Tillamook cheese is preferred, of course! Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in order given. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
