I usually buy things according to what I am making that week but this time I bought it out of the blue. I always saw it and wanted to try it. Now I want to start clearing out the freezer and I don't know what to do with it. In all my chinese cookbooks, I don't see one recipe for it. Any help finding uses for it, would be great. Thanks.
