Guest guest
You might also take a look at a couple of the Moosewood cookbooks. Not all the recipes are vegetarian (M'wood is not a veg. restaurant, it's a nat'l food restaurant). But you can skip the chapters w/ fish. I think _Sundays at Moosewood_ is a bit more fancy and on the gourmet side than most of the others. A good friend of ours is a member of the Moosewood collective, and I've emailed him to ask for ideas for you. And you might check out the websites for HGTV and the Food Network. <www.hgtv.com> <www.foodtv.com> I haven't looked, but VegSource might have some gourmet recipes. <www.vegsource.com> I just bought _Vegetarian Epicure_ , and while I haven't really looked at it closely, it seems to be a bit more gourmet than I prefer for everyday cooking. So take a look at that one, too. Hope this helps. ---Debby
