Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

2/3 cup peeled seeded chopped cucumber

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

dash of pepper

 

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1/4

cup)

NOTES : To keep the cucumber from watering down the sauce; cut it in half
