Scrape the sides of the blender as needed. Add more milk as needed to get a consistency that is quite thin and pourable. Pour into a bowl and sir in dill. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix 1/4 cup light olive oil or canola oil juice of 1 fresh lemon In blender, place water, Soyagen, salt, honey or sugar (if using), and ranch dressing mix. Process until smooth. While continuing to blend, slowly pour oil into mixture. Mixture will thicken. Pour into container that has a sealable lid. Stir lemon juice in mayonnaise. The mayonnaise with thicken. Chill in sealed container until serving time. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : If you do not have Soyagen, do not use any other type of soy or tofu milk powder because the mayonnaise will not thicken. It is best to replace the Soyagen and water with 10 ounces of soft tofu blended with enough water to think to a white sauce consistency.
