I haven't tried the Lemon Dll Rotini yet, but it does sound good. * Exported from MasterCook * Greek Spaghetti Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Quick & Easy Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cloves garlic -- minced 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 14.5oz.cans diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic & oregano 1/2 cup green onions -- sliced 1/4 cup fresh parsley -- chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice 12 ounces spaghetti -- cooked 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 2 1/4 oz can sliced ripe olives garnishes: lemon slices, green onions, fresh parsley sprigs Saute garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Toss together tomato mixture, pasta, cheese, and olives. Garnish if desired. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - * Exported from MasterCook * Lemon Dill Rotini Recipe By : Veggie Life (website) Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : " Send " Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces rotini pasta 2 teaspoons olive oil 1/2 lemon -- Juice of 1/4 cup black olives 1 tablespoon capers -- drained 1/2 cup fresh dill -- chopped 4 scallions -- sliced 4 ounces mushrooms -- thinly sliced 1/2 red bell pepper -- diced 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese Black pepper 1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook rotini according to package instructions; drain well. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together oil and lemon juice. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
