To download go to - http://recipes.reedsweb.net/ * Exported from MasterCook * Red Fruits En Papillote With Jersey Cream Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : New Thoroughly Modern British Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 200 grams strawberries -- (7oz) 200 grams raspberries -- (7oz) 200 grams red/black currents -- (7oz) Caster sugar to taste 4 tablespoons kirsch -- (50ml) Greaseproof paper 1 250 millilit jersey cream -- (9fl oz) Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and leave for 5 minutes. Then divide into 4 greaseproof parcels and bake at 200øC/400øF/gas mark 6 for 20 minutes. Serve with plenty of cream.
