Peanut Butter-Chocolate-Banana Shake

2 cups sliced banana

3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk

1/2 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream

1/2 cup crushed ice

3 tablespoons chocolate-flavored syrup

2 tablespoons reduced-fat creamy peanut butter

 

1. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet; freeze 45

minutes or until firm.

 

2. Place frozen bananas and remaining ingredients in a blender; process

until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).

 

Points: 5 Exchanges: 1 1/2 Starch, 1 1/2 Fat, 1/2 LF Milk

 

Per serving: Cal 260 (20% from fat); Pro 7.3g; Fat 5.7g (sat 1.6g); Carb
