Here's one of them: * Exported from MasterCook * Different Oatmeal Cookies Recipe By : Serving Size : 18 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : " Post " Cookies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 cups self rise flour 1 cup margarine -- softened 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 package vanilla instantpudding -- (4 serving size) 2 eggs 3 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats 1 cup raisins -- (optional) Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour; then stir in oats and raisins (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 " apart.
