Add onion, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, garlic, and gingerroot; spray with cooking spray and saute until lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Add stock and soy sauce and cook, covered, over medium heat until vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Saute green beans, zucchini, onion and garlic until onion is tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add corn, tomatoes, marjoram, and thyme to saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 8 to 10 minutes.
