Req: Un-cheese Cookbook recipes

I'd love to see some recipes from the Un-Cheese cookbook. If you any of you

have that cookbook, would you mind sharing your favorites?

 

I am curious as to whether of not we'll like the recipes in the book. We do

like nutritional yeast, but have not liked the three " uncheese " sauce mixes

we've tried. So before I order the book, I'd like to give some of your

favorites a try.
