Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pkg cream cheese -- (8 oz.) softened 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix 1 cup guacamole 1 cup thick & chunky salsa 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup chopped green onions 2 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives MIX cream cheese and seasoning mix. Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. LAYER remaining ingredients over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for 2 hours. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350ø for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
