They are sample recipes from a cookbook that is not vegetarian. I do have a carrot cookbook somewhere and will post some recipes from it, if I can find it. Add pepper and butter to each packet. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Seal packets tightly. Grill 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Serves 2.
