Thanks for the carrot recipes and one more request

Gee, thank you all for the carrot recipes. My husband grows us our carrots

and I usually have a bunch of em. I am going to print out these and put

them in plastic. I keep magnetic clips on the refrigerator and mount

recipes there. Can't wait to give these a go. You are all so thoughtful

and wonderful...I will now make myself a Mastercook " Carrot " cookbook!

Now for one more request....

 

I bought a HUGE brick of Fontina cheese at our local bargain

market........ Any ideas for how I can use it up? (I haven't tasted it

yet...no idea what it tastes like -- tried it long ago and now POOOF the

memory is gone so I don't know what to imagine using it with.)
