I tried a recipe for rice pudding in which you mix the ingedients in a casserole dish and place it in the pressure cooker. The directions say to cover the dish with foil. It cooked for 25 minutes and I waited for the pressure to go down on it's own. It looked like it wasn't cooked at all. None of the liquid was absorbed. I finished it on the stove top. Has anyone tried this method? I want to by the pressure cooker book but I'm having doubts about it now. You can find any book at www.amazon.com good prices too.
