Preheat oven to 500ø. 2. Combine the pineapple chunks, honey, curry, and vanilla in a bowl; toss well. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 500ø for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Grand Marnier. Ignite pineapple with a long match, and let flames die down. Yield: 4 servings.
