Honey-Curry Glazed Pineapple

1 pineapple -- peeled and cut into

-- 2-inch chunks

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup grand marnier -- (orange-flavored

-- liqueur)

 

1. Preheat oven to 500ø.

 

2. Combine the pineapple chunks, honey, curry, and vanilla in a bowl; toss

well. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 500ø for 10 minutes. Sprinkle

with Grand Marnier. Ignite pineapple with a long match, and let flames die

down. Yield: 4 servings.
