I was wondering if there is a way (aside from substituting egg whites or egg substitute for the eggs) to cut the fat without losing flavor or lightness. Any help with this would be appreciated. I have to lose the 4 lbs I gained back (after losing over 16 lbs and getting back to my size 4 body) before my BIL's wedding in 2 months. I have stopped exercising because my son stopped napping in the afternoon and I've only been eating a little low fat stuff. Altho' I have not been that naughty. So any help would be appreciated.
