I haven't made the rice pudding, so I can't comment on that recipe. But I

own all four Lorna Sass pressure cooker cookbooks and haven't had one

failure yet -- and I really do use the pressure cooker several times a

week. All I can say is, Did you cook the pudding at the right pressure?

Most cookers have a high and low pressure. I love rice pudding . . . so

**maybe** I'll try that recipe later this week and report back.

Anyway, my experience with the Lorna Sass books has been positive, so I

wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. EXCEPT: her latest cookbook -- The

Pressured Cook, has lots of nonvegetarian recipes in it -- so check it out

before buying.

Glad to hear it because I did order the book.

My cooker only has one pressure. If you try the rice pudding, please let

me know how it turns out for you.
