Guest guest
I bought a box of Ener-G-Pure SoyQuik - It is soy powder. Multi-purpose. Used in beverages, baked goods, souffles, sauces, soups and .. other stuff - like pancakes. But it is not used alone like instant soy milk. example: SoyQuik Beverage 1/2 cup soyquik 1 qt water 6 tbs granulated lecithin 1/2 tsp salt, optional LABEL: 99% toasted soy flour (soy flour, soy lecithin, soy oil), less than 1% gum arabic (an emulsifier) from www.ener-g-com it doesn't shy away from heat like soy milk does. - - - - - Pat Hanneman's Kitchen - recipe home page http://home.earthlink.net/~kitpath/index.html Links to MasterCook Recipes; Food Sections; more
