Saw a recent posting about how to make preserved lemons. I have often seen them

recommended as a side dish with the Moroccan national dish, Cous-cous. Thanks

for the recipe.

I'm not sure about a side dish, but I work at a Moroccan

restaurant, and we cook almost everything with them.

The preserving process takes about a month, but if you

cook them with the right way, you can achieve the same

effect.
