Lemonade Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 3/4 cups cold milk

2 4 oz boxes vanilla instant pudding

1 6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 8 oz cont nondairy whipped topping

1 graham cracker crust

lemon slices

 

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes, and beat with whisk for 30

seconds. Add lemonade concentrate, and beat with whisk for an additional 30

seconds. Stir in whipped topping, and pour filling into crust. Top with lemon

slices.

 

Chill several hours, until thick enouch to slice. Makes 1 pie

1 can frozen lemonade concentrate -- (6 ounce)

1 container nondairy whipped topping -- (8 ounce)

1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 ounce)

1 graham cracker crust

 

In a large bowl, mix together concentrate and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in

whipped topping. Pour filling into crust, and chill before serving. Makes 1

pie
