Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time : Categories : Restaurant Flavored Butters Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cloves garlic -- large 1 tablespoon chipotle chili* -- coarsely chopped 1 cup butter -- softened 1 tablespoon onion -- diced *(Chipotle chili -- canned -- in adobo sauce) Place garlic and chipotle chilies in processor and chop. Add butter and onion, and process until thoroughly mixed. Form into a log with plastic wrap. Chill. Note: This chipotle butter is good served on boiled fresh corn, or on polenta, or with hamburgers as a flavor boost.
