I made these the other day and they were great.

Soynuts

 

Recipe By : " Soy of Cooking " by Marie Oser

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup Soybeans, dried

1 quart cold water

vegetable oil spray

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Rinse beans thoroughly. Sort and discard any stones or debris that

remain. Place beans in a bowl, and cover with cold water. Soak beans 3-4

hrs. on the counter or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the beans, and

pat dry with paper towels.

 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place

beans in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake 35-45 minutes, stirring

often, until well browned. Place in a bowl, and salt to taste. Serve

warm, or store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

NOTES : Nutritional Analysis:

 

14g carbohydrate; 4g fiber (10g net carbs); 15g protein; 8g fat (1g saturated)
