Brenda Adams * Exported from MasterCook Buster * Cleopatra Dressing Recipe By : The No-Tofu Vegetarian Cookbook by Claessens, page 153 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time : Categories : Salads/Dressing Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon low-fat yogurt 1 teaspoon sesame tahini 1 1/2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard 1 dash salt 1 dash freshly ground pepper Cream together a little of the yogurt and the tahini in a small bowl. Gradually add remaining yogurt and water and stir until smooth. Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper and whisk with a fork until combined. Makes about 1/2 cup.
