I keep the meat and poultry recipes that I think I may someday use with a meat

analogue (ie, Crumbles, tvp, GimmeLean). I started doing this after I searched

high and low for a mealoaf recipe -- I had deleted them all -- to use with my

first batch of GimmeLean.

 

How many others of you have so many cookbooks and recipes (both in print and

electronically), that you can't ever find anything for dinner?! I cooked more

when I had only a small selection of recipes. Now I read recipes, actually

believe I might some of them, and then go out to dinner. :-)
