Guest guest
Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone is such a massive book that errors are to be expected--well, maybe. I posted a recipe yesterday (Scrambled Tofu With Tomatoes And Salsa) that had tomatoes in the title, but none in the list of ingredients and I did note that difference in the directions field. I'm going to post her Focaccia recipe later this morning and discovered when proofing my scan that the word focaccia is spelled differently in a version of the main recipe. I'm not sure if FOCCACIA is a variant spelling or a typo, but I expect it is the later. Have you found other errors in this book? We expect books and magazines to be edited carefully enough that there aren't errors. Also, in The Complete Soy Cookbook, by Paulette Mitchell, I noticed that some recipes refer to others and that the page number which was going to be added later for the referred recipe was never added.
