Guest guest
Does anyone have a microwaving container that they'd like to recommend? We used a hard plastic one by Anchor Hocking, (kind of peach/tan or pale yellow color) for years, but it was discontinued some 20 years ago and thrift shops don't have them anymore. I have now been using Corning Ware's French White containers, but it takes two to three times as long for the food to heat up and the containers themselves become exceedingly hot. the microwaveable lid on one melted from the heat. Am less than pleased with this type. I've seen one recently, a box with metal grills for the top and bottom. The bottom part is divided into three sections? Any comments?
