Layered Fruit Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/4 cup sliced banana

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

 

Layer half each of strawberries and banana in a small serving dish; lightly

spread with 1/4 of the sour cream. Top with half of pineapple and 1/4 of the

sour cream. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
