Hello, all,

 

Not too long ago, I believe there were several recipes for oven-baked

marinated pressed tofu, and tofu " crispy sticks " . I thought I saved them and

was looking forward to trying them out....but can't find them! If any of you

can find them, would greatly appreciate copies. Reply directly if you want

so as not to clog up the list.

You can also check the archives (private for rs only) --

Log in at ONElist, click on " member center " on the toolbar on the left,

then click on " Veg-Recipes " under lists you belong to, and then

" archives " . There is a search feature for the archives, but I don't

think it works all that well -- I've had varying degrees of success

using it.
