Guest guest
I used this unformatted recipe that I received from the TNT recipe list, to practice importing using my MC5. I edited the results a bit and thought you might want the recipe. It's not in MC5 format... It's in MY format. If you have any trouble importing it, let holler and I will re-send. Linda <CatRescuer > made these the other day and said that her kids loved them and warns us that they are VERY addictive! Cover baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease and flour them. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth and light. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Mix the flour with the cream of tartar and add to the creamed mixture. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 minutes or until cookies have a golden brown edge but are not completely browned in the center. If using parchment paper, allow to cool right on the paper. If not, remove cookies while hot and cool on rack. Makes 8 dozen cookies. Cooking notes : When you remove these cookies from the pan they are soft and thin; they become crisp as they cool. Eating notes: Kids love em!
