I want to do some mass cooking of vegetarian (I don't use eggs or dairy from animals either, but I do use the meat substitutes such as TVP, meat crumbles and some of the meat analogs.) foods for the freezer or Make Ahead Mixes. Because of being fairly new to this way of cooking, I don't know what things do or do not freeze well. I feel like I am back in cooking 101. ;~) Is there such a thing as vegetarian cooking 101? I would be very interested in any ideas, suggestions, recipes or thoughts on this matter. I have a very full schedule and I want to eat good balanced meals so I need to do the bulk of my cooking on the weekends to carry me over through the weekdays or longer.....
