This is controlled by ONElist, so the only thing I can suggest is to go to the archives to view the digest. You could " copy & paste " whatever you need. To do this -- log in at ONElist, click on " member center " , and then " Veg-Recipes " and then " view archives " . The archives are private for rs only. It may be handy to also look through the ones you may have missed prior to joining Veg-Recipes.
