This is a yummy Key Lime Pie. I sometimes take a shortcut and use a

store-bought graham cracker crust. The filling will make 2 of those pies, if I

remember correctly (I haven't made this since last summer).

NOTES : If unable to find fresh key limes, you can use the bottled version, the

best one being " Nellie & Joe's " . You can use regular lime rind instead of key

lime rind.

Faster Version: Use prepared graham cracker crusts instead of making this one.

The ingredients will be enough for 2 small pies using this version.

Even Faster Version: In addition to using the prepared crusts, you could also

used prepared whipped topping.
