Here's the corrected version for *4* servings -- for about one pound of pasta! * Exported from MasterCook * Karen's Spaghetti Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Sauces & Seasonings Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic -- minced 2 14.5 oz. can chopped tomatoes (w/basil & oregano) 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon basil (preferably fresh, chopped) 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon sugar salt to taste freshly ground pepper to taste Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and add minced garlic --blanch. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, sugar, salt & pepper.
