Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl except the dressing. Add enough of the dressing to moisten the salad. Yield: 4 to 6 servings, calories: 127, fat: 1g, fiber: 5g. Use it in the Lentil Sprouts Salad (see separate recipe) or any green salad. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
