(One of my son's roommates during his first year at the Academy was from Morocco. He spent Christmas at our house and I don't think he liked my American cooking. I wonder if he would like it better now that I don't prepare meat!) A spring salad must have lots of color; this one also makes a full meal. In medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, sugar and curry powder. Stir in rice, apple, green onions, raisins and chives.
