Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Potatoes Soups & Stocks Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 C Onion -- Finely Chopped 1 Tsp Garlic -- Minced 2 Tbsp Bell Pepper -- Finely Chopped 2 Tbsp Celery -- Finely Chopped 2 Tsp Non-Dairy Margarine 1 Tbsp Flour, Unbleached 4 C Kreemy Chicken Broth *See Recipe Following 3 C Potatoes, Peeled -- Cooked And Cubed 1/4 C Vegetarian Bacon Bits (Bac'os) 1 Tbsp Minced Fresh Parsley 1/8 Tsp Black Or Cayenne Pepper Saute' the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery in the margarine until soft. Stir in the flour well. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 more seconds. Pour into pan.
