1 loaf Italian bread

3 cloves garlic

1/4 pound butter

PLUS

2 2/3 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon dried dill -- or more to taste

1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

Lightly brown garlic in butter. Generously spread garlic butter between

foil and place in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove loaf from oven and unwrap top layer of foil. Generously spread

remainder of garlic butter over top of loaf and sprinkle with dill and

grated cheese. Brown in the oven for 3 additional minutes. Serve hot.
