Cucumber Cool Down

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt

1 cup finely chopped cucumber -- (peeled if desired)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or parsley

---(for 1 tbsp dried)

 

In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and chill until

ready to serve.
