Guest guest
I'd crumple them into chunks, plop them into a spicy vegetarian chili and serve hot. Holly
Guest guest
Geeze Marita, I think it is a matter of personal preference, and the individual recipe. If they are to be eaten cold, I prefer a recipe with a bit of ZING to it, something spicy, with mustard or horseradish in it, otherwise it tastes too bland cold. But, hey, I'm a spicy kind of gal! LOL! they would definitely have to be cooked according to directions first. And if you were planning on taking them on a picnic or hike, you'd want to be careful of any spoilable animal ingredients - like eggs or milk, that could breed bacteria. Sorry I'm not more help Janabana Marita wrote: > " Marita " <rund-na-und > > Hi all there, > do self-made veggie burgers (chickpeas, beans...) taste good > cold? Guest guest
Yes, I think this is just a matter of personal preference. Some loaves that I have made (like lentil loaf), are good on a sandwich the next day. The same thing with some veggie burgers. They could make a good cold sandwich. Some may be better than others. It's worth a try! Karen Marita wrote: > " Marita " <rund-na-und > > Hi all there, > do self-made veggie burgers (chickpeas, beans...) taste good > cold?
