Sticky Rice

I doubled checked the recipe and I did a search for " sticky rice " , but

nothing came up. I don't think it is actually a recipe, I think that the

recipe is just calling for the use of any type of " sticky rice " -- you know the

kind of rice you get in most Asian restaurants -- white rice that is all stuck

together, as opposed to a " fluffy rice " where the pieces of rice are more

separated?

Does anyone else have an opinion or any ideas on this?

Thanks for looking!

There is a very common Thai dish called " Sticky Rice " which is made with

coconut milk and often some of those evil, tiny, hot peppers. It's

delicious and I've never been able to get a good recipe out of any of the

Thai people I know.

 

When I saw the recipe called for sticky rice, my hopes went up!
