Guest guest Posted July 17, 1999 Report Share Posted July 17, 1999 Greetings, I was wondering if anyone had a substitute for the fish/oyster sauce called for in most Thai cooking. Specifically, I'm going to be cooking Thai green curried veggies next week. Does anyone know of any commercially produced substitute (and where to buy it -- on the web or off) or have a RECIPE that will yeild an acceptable substitute for this ingredient?
