I'm hoping the chef will share the recipe for the Bourbon Brown Sugar Salad Dressing, which is served on a wonderful SPINACH SALAD. A: Margot Leonard, chef at Bima Restaurant, was delighted to share the recipe for this sweet and tangy salad dressing. Easy to put together, Bourbon Brown Sugar Salad Dressing can be kept in the refrigerator and brought out for very special guests (or family members).
