1/8 teaspoon Salt

3 tablespoons Butter

1/4 cup Low-fat small-curd cottage cheese

1 tablespoon Mango chutney

1/4 cup Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Honey

1 tablespoon Low-fat buttermilk - (to 2 tbspns)

Into large bowl, sift together 3/4 cup flour, baking powder, baking

soda and salt. Sift mixture again. Add butter; mix just until crumbly.

Add cottage cheese, chutney, Cheddar cheese, honey and 1 tablespoon

Place on oiled baking sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes, until just golden.
