This cookbook just arrived.

http://www.mealtime.org/recipe/cookbook.html

Do you know about it already?

It's Pantry Cooking! Thought there would be more photos to show what it's

supposed to look like. The paper is color coded by section (like, red pages are

desserts) making some recipes hard to read (red ink on pink paper). Recipes are

quick and easy. Recipes are mostly scaled to use a whole can of soemthing like

chopped tomatoes. Serving 4 to 6 mostly, but there are some 8 to 10 servings

recipes.

Savory potatoes (new potatoes and canned tomatoes) 15-minute ginger-chicken

noodle soup with egg noodles etc; chicken morocco with bulgur, tomatoes and

prune juice... ; pear and ginger crisp from canned fruit.

There's a kids are cookin' section.

it's put out by the steel can industry.

I think it's well done.

pat
