I made a change in it to make it vegetarian and it came out great: @@@@@ Pasta ala Napoletana | Ronzoni box | 6 cups Rotelle pasta, uncooked 4 oz " beef " flavored TVP, reconstituted 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crumbled 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or more 1/2 tsp salt 3-1/2 cups crushed tomatoes 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped | Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, brown TVP; drain. Stir in garlic and seasonings; cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 15 minute, stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley. Toss hot pasta and sauce; serve with grated Parmesan (or vegan substitute), if desired. Makes 8 servings (1 cup each).
