Pretty Cool Cookbook

I thought I would tell y'all about a cookbook I came across today.

It's called " Favorite Brand Name Vegetarian Cooking " . Some of the

companies listed on the front are Egg Beaters, Alpine Lace, Lawry's,

Bird's Eye, and Filippo Berio (olive oil). It looks pretty good so

far. There are *some* vegan recipes, but most aren't. A lot of the

recipes are pretty easy & quick to prepare since they use commercially

prepared products.

It's 384 pages (including index), hardback, and the price on the

back is $29.99. I got it at Sam's (and also saw it at Costco) for

$9.88!
