In small campfire saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients. Place on edge of campfire coals. Stir frequently to keep from scorching until melted (about 15 min.). Keep warm on edge of campfire, stirring occasionally. To Grill Fruit: Spray grill rack with no stick cooking spray. Using direct heat cooking method; arrange fruit on grill rack 4-5 " over medium coals. Grill pineapple and kiwi about 4 min., strawberries about 2 min., or until warm and grill marks appear, turning once: To Serve: Dip fruit into chocolate. Top with sun-dried vegetables; sprinkle with cheese. To Grill: Using direct heat method, arrange pita on square of aluminum foil; place on grill rack 4-5 " over medium-low coals: Grill; covered, until cheese is melted and vegetables, are warm (6-8 mm.). Amount: 1 serving Recipe tested on charcoal grill. To prevent burning, pizzas must be cooked on heavy-duty aluminum foil over medium-low coals.
