Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Let stand until thickened. Serve with skim milk and sugar or substitute, if desired. Makes 1 serving. Do not drain. Stir in ricotta, garlic powder and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally or until heated through; set aside. Bring 2 cups water and salt to a boil. Using a wire whisk, gradually add combined oat bran and grits, stirring constantly. Return to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, or until oat bran mixture is slightly thickened. Add to broccoli mixture; mix well. Add yogurt; cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
